ABSTRACT Civil Engineer, Ph.D., P.E. with more than 35 years of civil and structural engineering experience in the design of offshore, onshore, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, and bridges. Forensic engineering experience includes investigations of structural damage caused by construction activities, ground vibration, foundation failure, wind, water, fire, and explosion. This experience also includes investigations of crane and rigging accidents, both onshore and offshore. Expert witness testimony in civil engineering in parish, county, state, and federal courts.
