Charles B. Ivy, Civil Engineer, Ph.D., P.E. has more than 35 years of civil and structural engineering experience in the design of offshore, onshore, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, and bridges.

A graduate of Mississippi State University, the University of New Mexico, and Texas A&M University, Dr. Ivy has extensive experience in forensic engineering including investigations of structural damage caused by construction activities, ground vibration, foundation failure, wind, water, fire, and explosion. He has also investigated crane and rigging accidents, both onshore and offshore. Dr. Ivy is a recognized civil engineering expert witness in county/parish, state, and federal courts.
